A Leadership of life coach is a trained professional who helps and guide individuals to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals. They support clients on a journey to rediscover their own strength and abilities: this can include excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled at home, exploring your potential. By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and self-awareness.

A leadership coach won’t tell you what to do, but what they will do is provide an objective and empowering environment, rather than instruction or indoctrination.

Business coaching is directed specially for small and medium enterprises. It addresses the common questions which every businessman / owner/ leader feel

Business coaching framework is structured and with guaranteed results with active stakeholder participation. Business coaching is in creating a highly effective sales force and an efficient team to deliver sustainable results. It helps business owners master their mindset and team set.

  • Coaching is not a religion, philosophy or a set of instructions, rules or guidelines for living
  • It does not tell you – how to live, how to think or how to act nor is it a course that you take.
  • It’s not Consulting – I never give advice as a coach, I help you make choices between ideas.
  • It’s not Training – as there is no pre-set curriculum to follow. I do not have any information to be imparted.
  • It’s not Mentoring – Mentoring tends to be focused closely on career development. Coaching is far broader and is applicable to any area of work and life.
  • Coaching is also not about pushing the coachee – I will never do that, though I will remind you of your commitments.
  • Coaching is not counselling as the agenda is not of the past and it is definitely not what’s wrong with the person or trying to fix it

COACHING is

  • To help the coachee (you) be more of who they already are and who they have the potential to be. Hence coaching is an art of facilitating a person’s learning journey.
  • It is, self-directed: We learn better and faster when we find our own answers
  • It is, solution focused: It’s not about searching for cause of the problem, it’s about searching for the best possible solution.
  • It’s about where you want to be in life. Its systematically working towards that end.
  • Positive feedback: It’s about positive reinforcements and not pointing out what people do wrong.
  • Structure: It’s a well-defined and structured approach to producing results. To be organized, methodical, to set things up for maximum success.

Everyone needs a coach, it’s for the same reasons for which you look into the mirror several times a day. To look and feel good, to appear your best.

Everyone needs time to focus and re-group – life can be fast and furious, and unless you take the time to decide on what you want out of life or your business, you may find that you spend a lot of time and money on things that either don’t make you happy or cost you a lot with little reward. Coaches encourage achievement and this leads to lasting fulfilment – show me who doesn’t want these things?

The tools and techniques of the coach are exactly the same for leadership/ Life Coaching as they are for Career Coaching. The main difference is that with leadership/Life Coaching you will be focusing on any part of your life or many areas which you want to improve, whereas with Career Coaching (as the name suggests) it focuses directly on your career.

From my experience every type of individual will come to me for coaching. The only traits these people have in common is the desire to change part of their life, so they are happier and feel good about what they do. If you did what you have always done, you would continue to get what you have always got. Nothing will change and nothing extra would come about. Coaching helps you to bridge this gap to bring out the other angle to succeed.

This obviously depends on the issues being dealt with – after the intake session you will be given an idea of how many sessions would be suitable.

A leadership coach will approach things pragmatically. Through questions, assessments, observations and exercises, he will try to get an idea of how you perceive the world. From this, they will be able to identify the most effective route to your goal. Some people feel intimidated by the idea of change and hence coaching methodology is structured, definite, and result driven. In this situation, a leadership coach might divide ultimate goals into smaller bite-sized pieces. Professional and results focused coaches are certified from ICF (international coach federation) the most reputed and oldest coach training institute in the world, or EMCC (European mentoring and coaching council) CCE (continuing coaching education). Good coaches need to continuously upgrade their skills and most importantly need to have a natural flair for coaching – of which the art and science of listening is very important.

Can I have coaching online or by telephone / Where does the coaching take place / Why coaching online?

Coaching works remarkably well online because:

  • You can get coaching as and when you need it from the comfort of your home, office, other suitable place.
  • Coaching sessions done virtually appeals to people who are really busy or travel frequently.
  • You save a ton of money as the on-call sessions are affordable, practical and in direct contact with a professional who is trained in coaching.
  • It works very well for all the women clientele as they too can do the sessions from the comfort of their home without having the trouble of reaching a centre / office for connecting with your coach.
  • International clients usually prefer to do skype call

Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching is assisting clients in defining their performance issues and identifying the underlying causes. The key to leadership or life coaching process is in asking the right question in the right order to assist clients in identifying their overall situation, specific performance gaps and its source. By definition leadership is the action of leading a group of people or an organization. With this meaning we all are leaders in our own specified areas. However, I am naming a few which may help you gain clarity. It is for CEO/ CXO/ business owners/ People in leadership roles/ Individuals from any walk of life

Session last of 90 minutes, however many a times it is longer than that and is client driven. Some sessions go on for 3-4 hours.

The minimum requirement for leadership coaching program is 4 months and in business coaching it ranges to 1 – 3 years, group coaching or work force development program is for 15 months and of course there are the customised 1-2 day program as well. Having said this most clients continue to draw inspiration from the coaching sessions well beyond the stipulated ranges mentioned here.

How much does it cost?

The highest international standards of coaching guidelines and ethics attained during my certification training, is maintained. Which means, whatever you discuss or share during the sessions remains confidential. We also take an oath on the same, which is part of our training.

The client has to be open to change & willing to experiment with new ideas which he/she creates and is not thrust upon. The coachee(client) should be able to reflect and acknowledge oversights of life and have a sense of enquiry & humility. He/she should also be open to learning and have a personal quest and mission.

Some are unable to decide between options in life. Others are out-of-focus. Some are resigned and ready to give up on something and have a vague sense that work, or life is somewhat off track. Most are seeking lucidity, be it on their professional or personal front.

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment time by either writing to us or better sending a WhatsApp message to our program coordinator

If for any eventuality a session is missed, it is usually compensated later in the week or month, depending upon mutually convenient time. However it is best advised not to miss your sessions.

Appointments time are frozen one month in advance and are spread across the day and evening. Some of the sessions happen as early as 5am for super busy people.

While the structured sessions are usually 4 in a month for 90 + minutes. But, clients do connect through messaging platform and sometimes over call for interventions from the coach – this is typical to leadership coaching and business mentoring

Typically, No. However, this segment can be part of my “retreat program’ Which happens at different locations in the country and at some international locations.

Payment are made prior to commencement of any of the program and is through IBT (internet bank transfers).

Business Coaching and Workforce Development

Business coaching is the process of engaging in regular, structured conversation with a “client”: an individual or team who is within a business, profit or non-profit organization, institution or government. The goal is to enhance the client’s awareness and behaviour so as to achieve business objectives for both the client and their organization.

There are two format of training that is imparted.

Workforce development and training is a comprehensive, large content, involving wider scope of engagement for a business unit.

Customised training programs typically lasts for 1 -2 days, usually done for off-site/on-site, boot-camps, motivational needs of the organisations.

Retreat

Retreat program brings to you tools, methodologies and frameworks designed around the science of happiness. It conducted at various location in the country in the back drop of nature and with nature, giving insights deep insights from Vedic, Upanishads, modern research based insights from NLP, neuroscience and from my creation of PAC (psyche associative conditioning) system.

I developed the science “Psyche associative conditioning” or PAC which is a step by step process that can condition your thoughts, feelings and conscious brain to succeed consistently without constant effort or willpower. It deals with human soul, mind and spirit and hence is all encompassing. Associative learning occurs when you learn something based on a new stimulus.
